Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

Any free shipping offered on our site will be done via the carrier and service of our choosing. Free shipping offers may be revoked at any time, for any reason. If shipping costs for free shipping are excessive or exceed the value of your order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. Free shipping is valid only to orders shipped to the lower 48 states within the United States only. International orders or orders going to areas outside of the lower 48 will either have an invoice due for additional postage due or will be cancelled.

Ship To Addresses:

For orders paid via PayPal we generally ship to verified PayPal addresses or the shipping address provided at the time of purchase only. For debit/credit card orders we generally ship to the address associated with the card or those on file with the card account. The customer is responsible for ensuring their ship to address is correct prior to ordering. We may refuse requests to change ship to addresses after an order has been placed.

International Shipping:

If you are an International customer (or shipping your order outside of the United States) you must contact us prior to placing an order.  We do ship internationally but we can not do so for free. Our checkout system is not set up for International orders.  International orders that do manage to be successfully placed via our checkout system will be manually cancelled since they won’t include applicable shipping charges.

Customers outside of the lower 48 states or outside the United States must contact us for a shipping quote and total order amount due before purchasing. We’ll discuss the details via email. Once a customer agrees to shipping costs, we’ll email an invoice payable via PayPal for your order total including international shipping charges.

Please note our invoice includes our cost for International shipping and postage to get your order from the U.S. to your country. Some countries may charge the importer (our customer in this case) additional fees such as taxes, tariffs, import duty etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any additional fees related to customs or importation. We have no way of knowing which country will charge additional fees under which specific circumstances. It simply isn’t possible for us to keep track of every destination country’s policies and fees for importing merchandise or personal purchases. Please note we will only report true and accurate information on customs forms. Providing false information on a customs forms is illegal.  For example, we will not mark a product as a gift, commercial sample etc. unless it is the truth. We will not lie or break the law to help a customer avoid import fees.


Some of our shipments are insured. We generally try to ensure shipments containing glass or fragile items. Other shipments may ship with limited, or no, insurance. If you’d like to ensure your shipment will be insured, please contact us prior to ordering.

Not Responsible for Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping delays, lost shipments, or misdirected shipments.
